Tech Notes

  • Versions 1.9.0.0 and above can use the standard upgrade procedure to update to 2.0.0.0.

  • Versions below 1.9 must contact Audio Enhancement for a custom upgrade process.

    • Users must first upgrade to 1.9.0.1 and then run the upgrade to 2.0.0.0

    • There is a specialized import process from 1.8.1.0+ versions of EPIC to 1.9.0.0. Customers will need to be updated to 1.8.1.0 or above, then take a backup. After installation of 1.9.0.0, this backup can be directly imported into EPIC 1.9.0.0 for a seamless upgrade.
