Mobile Application Support!
- The app is available on Apple iOS and Android Google Play Stores for phones and tablets
- The app allows for admin users of the EPIC System to use all the features of the EPIC System kiosk while on the go! Users can send recorded messages to any zone, start an emergency notification, respond to SAFE alerts or other emergencies and change the bell schedule from the app.
Teacher Control of InfoView displays! Teachers assigned to rooms can be given rights to control their InfoView display and start countdown timers
Warning message if user tries to page without microphone access
Users have the option to opt-in or out of automatic security updates on operating system (default opted in).

Audio files, especially SIP recording or after modifying of audio files, were sometimes not available/usable.

Version 2.1.0.0 and above is required for Mobile Application. Mobile App validates EPIC system when URL is entered to check for compatibility between app and server version.
Versions 1.9.0.0 and above can use the standard upgrade procedure to update to 2.1.0.0+.
Versions below 1.9 must contact Audio Enhancement for a custom upgrade process.
- Users must first upgrade to 1.9.0.1 and then run the upgrade to 2.1.0.0+
- There is a specialized import process from 1.8.1.0+ versions of EPIC to 1.9.0.0. Customers will need to be updated to 1.8.1.0 or above, then take a backup. After installation of 1.9.0.0, this backup can be directly imported into EPIC 1.9.0.0 for a seamless upgrade.
