EPIC 3.0 is a major release that includes significant user-facing backend changes to enhance security, improve performance, and provide better support. Administrators should review the EPIC Interactive Training Module and prepare and train users prior to rolling out the updates.

When migrating from a version prior to 2.5, notification events must be manually migrated to a contact list and then added to events. If administrators edit events after updating to 2.5 prior to migrating contacts, event contacts may be lost.

• LDAP Sync All Users Issues Resolved

  • Fixed an issue where clicking “Sync All Users” in LDAP caused the EPIC interface to spin indefinitely and never reload. Backend updates now allow the UI to respond and refresh correctly.

  • Resolved a problem where running “Sync All Users” when there were no users to insert would fail to complete properly.

  • Fixed an issue preventing LDAP users with more than one group mapping from being added or updated. These users will now sync correctly.

• SAFE Alert Details Display Fix
  Corrected a bug where SAFE alerts triggered from rooms with a room ID containing the word “center” would not display alert details, room information, or camera view in the SAFE alert menu.
